Q. How do I close a chat tab?
A. Simply click the "X" button or double-click the tab's heading (ie, where the friend's name is)

Q. How do I hide faceoffIM? (What is the "panic" button?)
A. Hit the Escape key while talking to someone and faceoffIM will hide and display an icon down near the system clock.

As I'm still getting the website up and running, there isn't a proper support system happening currently, however I will be putting up a more complete FAQ here shortly.
